How can I become a vendor at the Valley Vibes Market?

Vendor applications open on Friday, August 2nd at 12 PM PST. Vendor applications are available on our website. Select the Vendor Applications tab to access the application.

What types of products are featured at the market?

At Valley Vibes Market, you'll find a wide variety of products including original artwork, handmade jewelry, unique home décor, vintage clothing, Y2K gems and more! Our vendors offer a diverse selection of handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items, ensuring there's something special for every taste and interest.

Is there an application fee for vendors?

Yes, there is an application fee. The vendor fee is $100 for a 10x10. If you operate with a set up smaller or larger than a standard 10x10 (ex: 5x5 or 10x20) please reach out to us so we can best accommodate you!

What is included in the vendor booth fee?

The booth fee includes space to vend and showcase your products, access to the market and museum grounds, and promotion through our marketing channels.

Can I drive my vehicle to the booth location for setup and teardown?

Yes, vehicles can be driven to the booth location for setup and teardown. However, they must be moved to the designated parking area before the market opens to the public.

Are there any restrictions on what vendors can sell?

We do not allow the sale of drugs, counterfeit items, explicit adult imagery, weapons, firearms, or any other inappropriate or illegal products. Our goal is to create a safe and positive environment for everyone, so all products must comply with these guidelines.

What amenities are available for vendors?

Vendors have access to entire market grounds, the Autry Museum (tickets to access museum exhibits required), water, and indoor/outdoor restrooms. Food and beverage options will also be available for purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?

Once payment is made, refunds and roll-overs will be approved on a case by case basis. 

Is the market accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the market is fully accessible, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Can I bring my pet to the market?

Absolutely! At Valley Vibes Market, we love pets and welcome leashed dogs to join the fun.

However, for the safety and comfort of everyone involved, please ensure that your pet is on a leash at all times and well-behaved. While we strive to create a pet-friendly environment, Valley Vibes Market is not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur to vendors or guests due to interactions with pets.
